Based in the centre of Brighton, The Earth and Stars has a small upstairs function room and events space.
This space has a capacity of 20 seated, but up to 30 if your guests are a mixture of seating and standing.
They can provide catering and their entire food menu, and everything sold across the bar is plant-based.
They don’t charge a hire fee or deposit, but do require a £250 pre-authorisation. Which would only be charged in the event of a no-show or last minute cancellation (24hours or less).
Their minimum spend across food and drinks only applies to Friday and Saturday nights, and is £500.
